Our Policies
Some of our products may come from different warehouses. This means you may receive more than one shipment from a single order. However, we strive to keep our shipping and handling as low as possible.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. If any item you order is out-of-stock and needs to be back-ordered, we will contact you with that information as soon as we become aware of this. If you need something faster than noted here, please e-mail us and we will do our best to get your order out sooner.
At this time, if you’d like to ship internationally, please email us with the destination country and we will email you the rates.

Your satisfaction is very important to us. For that reason we select only the best products. Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Exchanges are for items received damaged or defective only. Contact us within 7 days of receipt in the case of damaged or defective merchandise to arrange the exchange. At our discretion we may select to refund the damaged or defective merchandise upon your request instead of exchanging it. The refund due will not include the original shipping fees and then be credited to the original credit card used to place the order.
If you order an item that we find to be out-of-stock we will notify you as soon as we become aware if this and ship the items that are in stock at that time (if there are more than one item in the order). You will have the option to select another item, or receive a refund for that portion of your order.
